Over the next few days the Counseling Office will be creating virtual events and posting them on our Facebook page so you can indicate your interest. On Mondays Maggie Furniss will be leading Mindfulness Meditation. You will be able join Sarah Yang Mumma for sharing gratitude and creativity on Instagram or meet with her on Tuesday mornings for Guided Meditation. Sarah will also be sharing a strategy to help you create a container in your mind’s eye where you can put your stress, anxiety and other upsetting emotions. On Wednesday mornings meet with Julie Collins for Mindfulness, Breathing and Movement. Wanda Sevey will offer a strategy to help you identify your strengths and resources on Wednesday afternoons and Ryan McMillian, along with the rest of us is available as needed for phone consultation and support.
