Weight Loss

July 9, 2015 by Bryan Miller

The Weight Loss program is a hypnotic and subliminal learning program for achieving and maintaining your healthy weight. Use this program by itself or better yet, combine it with any effective weight loss program you are using. Get your unconscious mind working along with your body and conscious mind. The program is flexible enough to allow you to adjust to whatever level of carbohydrates, fats or proteins you have decided you will use. The program will help you to: eat healthier;manage your calories;eat less;change how you view food;develop positive eating behaviors;improve your metabolism;enjoy nutritious foods;encourage exercise;and stop emotional binging. This program includes special resonating tones that have been found to deepen relaxation and increase learning. (CD – 75 minutes)
